Any purchases you make on this site are governed by these terms and conditions where they apply to your purchases in particular. Please ensure you are aware of returns and other policies below.

Delivery

Delivery of all in-stock orders will be delivered within 3-5 working days from receiving payment, any garment that needs to be made please allow for 1-3 weeks - you'll receive confirmation once sent! 
Lead times for delivery (Please be aware below are the times once an order is sent):
Within Australia: 2-4 working days
Everywhere else: 3-10 working days

Postage within Australia: Standard $0! / Registered $10.40 / Express $15
International Air Mail: Standard $10 / Registered (signature on delivery) $21
These prices are standard unless stated otherwise - for example if free postage is offered.
If there are any delays you will be notified via e-mail. If you have made a custom order with in-stock items - all orders will be sent together once the custom order is completed. If you have any concerns about your order and/or your delivery please e-mail hello@dreamanddrive.com.au

Returns & Exchanges

If you would like to return an order, you must do so within 14 days of payment of the order. Given that the lingerie is not worn, damaged or visibly unclean you welcome to return the order - please be aware return and exchange is only available for in-stock lingerie not custom orders (as custom orders cannot be resold due to being made to specific measurements). Please be aware if you have placed a custom order ensure your measurements are correct to avoid disappointment since return is not accepted. If an item is returned and is visibly damaged due to the customer's negligence it will be returned back to sender. If you would like to arrange a return or exchange e-mail hello@dreamanddrive.com.au - state your invoice number and reason of return or exchange. If you'd like to exchange an order and the style is no longer in stock you will be offered a online store credit the value of your order or full refund. Unfortunately we do not cover costs for returning orders, shipping in instance for returns is covered by customers.

Canceling Custom Orders

Custom orders should be canceled within 2 days, it is likely exceeding this time your order may be worked on so ensure you are certain of placing your order. In some cases a deposit for an order can be refunded if canceled within 2 days. Depending on the situation, how much work has been completed it is possible there may be a compromise. As stated previously custom orders are by no circumstances to be returned.

Since May 25 2018, we now comply with General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) under EU law since we trade worldwide. What does this mean? This law applies to any personal data you consent to submitting via our website for example subscribing to our newsletter or information placing an order. Your right to privacy is important, your data is kept private and you can unsubscribe or request your information to be removed any time.

General

All products on this website are correct, visually in photographs and descriptions when collections are updated. Any difference in colours depicted by varying internet browsers to actual product is not our responsibility we ensure the colour match is close as possible. Environmental Policy

We use a majority of recycled materials for packaging and swing tags, please ensure when discarding these to recycle and consider the environment. We are strong believers in slow fashion, buying less and reducing fashion wastage. Our ranges do not follow the typical seasons since lingerie is hidden beneath clothing often, once our main fabrics are finished off the roll so will a collection.
